It's actually gotten a fair bit better and the animation improved in season 2 as well. (or at least ep. 26 on) They finally revealed another one of the Dark Lord's Generals, one I've been curious about since I first watched the intro to the show! This is Dragon Knight Baran, a big, hunky, mustached stud who normally wears a bunch of armor pieces but naturally I'm more interested in what the dude looks like underneath it all! There's actually quite a lot to like about this man, his backstory and character development but I don't actually want to spoil anything about him. Show is currently dubbed and on (American) Netflix for those interested. :)
