Unfortunately, being stuck at his deck for eternity does make rubbing one out cumbersome... Luckily Paragus is all too happy to help the big man out! ... Provided it helps assure he gets into Heaven! ... Which doesn't necessarily seem like something a great person would do. That's okay, we love a morally grey Saiyan daddy!
