Grog's New Beard
Added 2023-01-27 00:02:51 +0000 UTCProbably a lot of you are familiar with Critical Role, either the webseries or the newer animated series based on it. (The show is called The Legend of Vox Machina btw) It's pretty great tbh, at least, I'm a sucker for stories set in the D&D universe. The funny thing about Grog the Goliath pictured here with his party member, Percy, is that Goliaths are normally hairless. Grog however finds a magic belt called the 'Belt of Dwarven-Kind' which, when worn, immediately lets the user grow a full face of fur! Grog, bit dumb, good-natured though, I must admit, in season one I wasn't into him. Also he was clean-shaven, so there's that. BUT, he gets his belt in season 2, grows out his beautiful beard and, it's the darnedest thing: I ended up developing a crush on the guy, and very quickly! XD Not only that but Grog LOVES his new beard, and it's really cute to see. So cute in fact I felt a powerful need to draw the big blue Kratos lookalike and his canonically mammoth meat!
