Do you just want me to "spam animations," / scenes like some other creators, but with my own way?

To clarify, what I'm trying to say is that me doing casual poses, get rid of stories or get rid of dialogue, get rid of little details in animations and all that other stuff, just releasing animations.

Basically me searching for positions on the internet and creating animation loops for those positions. Maybe release 2-3 each scene. Only using necessary props and no environment. Maybe even use dummy models, not much time spend on lighting or creating an "immersive environment," etc.

Not trying to discredit anyone. Just asking because I think if I keep trying to achieve what I want but also compress it into a month just to release something...

What I did at the beginning and still do, is creating scenes I would like to play. But I decided to create a Patreon page because it was taking so much of my time. But now creating what I want takes longer even though I enjoy working on it and get fixated to the point that I lose track of time.

Maybe I should just do what you want, and be satisfied working on it.

All of those scenes except Night Ride look wonky in my eyes solely because of lighting. Make better lighting = kill performance. Now with the last scene I found a nice way to have performance, relatively good lighting as well as adding a bit of story which you can very quickly skip through. But since I'm also upping the price due to the amount of scenes and quality of positions and animations, I wanted to ask what people want to see. I think if I were to give my soul to the Dark Gods, it would be much easier to continue with the existing tiers, maybe $5 as base price and then just release 2-3 "kamasutra scenes," each month. I took a quick glance at the situation in the past and the answer was clear even back then. Release more scenes even if basic = more people coming. I didn't want to rely purely on my somewhat animation & posing talent, I want to solve stuff in complex scenes. And I mostly worked on what I would like to play and only released what I considered good at the time. Now, I have to do more of what people want instead of just doing what I want.

Night Ride, The Unforeseen Consequences, The Antique Business, Double Treat (more threesomes!)… That’s why I joined your Patreon, that’s why you’re special! There are plenty of random sex scenes made by many people out there. That being said, if the Dark Gods of Capitalism, Devourers of Souls ask for a sacrifice, well… try to have fun with it? (awkward smile)

Blaspheme

Yeah I think it's going to be a mix of both. Thanks for suggestion, I think feet content will be coming soon.

Androinz

Why not a mix of both? Give us a few of those simple scenes each month, and then take the rest of the time to craft the high quality story scenes. As long as we get some goodies to keep us busy and the wait for the HQ stuff isn't extreme, then I think many of us would be fine with it. Also while I'm at it, I would love to see some foot fetish oriented stuff in your scenes, your animations are top notch! Thanks!

In a way, I can just release an empty scene with a T posing character, with no animations, but add 8-9 lights and you would get the same amount of FPS you have in The Night Ride. It's how VaM works sadly.

Androinz

I think a big chunk of my scenes, even if small, has enough customization options and nice animations to stay around. And meanwhile I will probably start releasing very small scenes, I will probably can't help and add a bit more stuff. And I will just do my own thing in the background, work on a big scene I may or may not release in the future.

Androinz

The Night Ride tanks framerate because of all the lights, fluids, hidden clothing and soft body physics. Especially because of lights interacting with moving stuff in the scene. This is due to VaM being CPU heavy. Assets and NPCs almost have no impact on performance. To compare, Expensive Vacation has ~35 NPCs in the scene as well as birds and some other environmental objects, and only one position. The framerate still tanks because of the amount of lights in the scene, yet ~10 fps more than The Night Ride.

Androinz

Nah, LDR does small scenes with like 3 positions and they are very repetitive and forgettable. The old stuff like antique business and the most recent club scene are more inline with the content I enjoy from you. I feel the people who spam short scenes might get a lot of patrons at first because it feels like they are creating a lot of content, but people will start to drop them due to lack of diversity. When I load a scene, I also load vamX AI and have to configure that, then I also load a look and either adjust or keep clothing. That takes a considerable amount of time to set up, and I'm not looking to have to continuously do that jumping from short scene to short scene. I'd rather have one big scene with numerous awesome poses/animations and a story that I can base my AI chat off of. Just my input.

I prefer scenes that i am able to run. The Night Ride scene was great, but it chugs like a college freshman with all the objects and NPCs in the environment.

DontClickThis

Yeah, I guess with current polls I will find a definitive answer. If people want me to "spam," scenes I can do that. While also taking my time on other things I'm working on.

Androinz

I think it would be good to do what you're doing to maintain the quality. But have smaller scenes, animations, or looks to have at least something to post monthly don't sacrifice quality for quantity though

Vee

I do like working on scenes and tinkering with stuff inside VaM. It's just that my threshold got a bit high. As an example, I think the visuals of my early scenes are very bad even though the animations look good enough and hundreds of people supported me because of those scenes, Today I feel like if I do a scene like that, I wouldn't like it and therefore not release it... :/

Androinz

Do what you can and what you enjoy. Definitely don’t change anything to something that’ll make you not like it if you really don’t need to. Just have fun.

BLAQBOX

I think you should do what you like. We’re here for the content. We don’t want you to burn out, we like what you do.
