Serious Feedback Needed!
Added 2024-10-15 10:06:42 +0000 UTCI REALLY need ALL yall's input here. With my twitter blowing up and new members pouring in I think it's time to reevaluate how my page is setup. I think it's in a weird spot, and I already made changes to what tiers can request. Of course, current requests will remain. I've been thinking about reducing my page to 2 or 3 tiers, $3 and $5 for just general access. Then either $7 or $10 commission tier. That is how most creators in this field have theirs set up. I could maybe have limited spots for a $3 general access tier, just for ogs. I think that honestly might be the move. But I would have to axe the $1 tier, it's one or the other, both are such awkward prices to justify needing both, with no real difference or benefit between the two. But I understand that 75% of you are in the $1/3 tiers, and I don't want to alienate my whole community. And most of my requests come from the $3 tier. That's why I really, really need your feedback, especially since a lot of you are just here for the sets, and not commissions. I will also introduce character polls, so that there is some option for the general tier to choose who gets posted without commissioning. I think I want twitter commissions to be eventually $10 for a full set, so it would be weird to price it differently here. The queue is still huge and I haven't even added all of the requests yet, if yours isn't on there I promise I remember, just haven't had the chance to add it. I already have a big commission order from twitter on top of that. I shot myself in the foot by not changing sooner and now it's just awkward now that y'all are used to the prices. The prices are already very low, and I hope I'm not asking for too much. I put in a lot of time making these, and I need it to be justified since it takes away from other time I spend on school and other things. This all started because I just wanted to break even on my novel ai subscription, and I never imagined I would grow an audience this big. I really hope to wake up to some feedback from you guys, sorry for the long read. Love you guys π§‘π

its a scaling problem. by the way, i think directly comparing your pricing to other creator isnt necessarily a good idea since the output quality and quantity sometimes different somewhat, but its a good benchmark nonetheless. I think you need to takes time fine tuning/experimenting with your tiers (see if there is any considerable drop in patrons if you increase the pricing without any additional benefits), but if that happens, you can always bounce back and now you knew the maximum threshold people are willing to pay for your content. you can also do community polls to know your patrons opinion, but personally for me i wouldn't mind a $10 tier for commission. But with each set being 20-25 images, i think it should be at least 2 sets.

2024-10-15 10:26:23 +0000 UTCIβll be honest, I clung unto you and did your highest tier because the commissions were super cheap compared to everyone else in the market. But I understand time is money and you put in a lot of time. What you suggested is fair, otherwise youβll be drowning in endless requests because people found out about your low rate. I may come and go on subs, if thatβs alright. I gotta watch my spending. π (but Iβll definitely NOT unfollow)
