For a bit of context, Nesa is a demon dragon with certain abilities, one of which is the creation of artifacts with transformation effects. So, I can say “Demon magic” :D The effect of the bell is permanent if you keep wearing the collar. If you take it off, the effects will begin to wear off and the subject will return to their normal body within minutes or hours, depending on the effects.
