Fixing presets
Added 2025-01-10 08:47:21 +0000 UTCHi! I'm trying to fix any presets that have been broken by recent updates, but to start, I'm trying to get a clear understanding of which files are broken and in what way.
I've had reports of body presets, lip presets and eye presets being broken.
I thought at first I was able to replicate the body preset bug in my game, but it turned out to be an issue with the MXAO shader in Reshade. After disabling Reshade, I can't replicate any issues with body presets in CAS or live mode.
With face presets, my only issues were that they had stopped working for infants, toddlers and child sims, but I got most of them working again with a Sims4Studio batch fix. A few still have issues, though, like this one:
I've tried remaking the files, tried fixing them a different way but I can't get them all 100% fixed, so for now I think I will disable the ones that still don't work and reupload the fixed versions.
So that's where I'm currently at, but if you guys are having issues with body presets too, or different issues with face presets, please let me know and I'll try to replicate the bugs in my own game and find solutions 🙏🤍🤍

hi hi <3 just following to let you know your body presets break some hairs and also glasses, they've always had some issues with clothing items too. by 'glitch' i mean they pull some parts of the meshes into a weird long sharp triangle shape, or with glasses they will just create sharp holes in the lenses. Idk if you've fixed them in the previous year tho so if you have then just ignore me <3 love your work your body presets have been a staple in my cc folder for years, hope you're well !

2025-01-15 14:42:05 +0000 UTCCustom eyelashes aren't fitting your custom presets properly anymore, they're floating above/below the lid. Seem to work fine with EA presets.
