My 'Pastel world' texture overhaul is now available for Henford-on-Bagley and has been overall improved in all worlds 🤍✨
- 160 recolors of buildings, cars, trees & more for The Sims 4
- Available for basegame, Get Together, Cats & Dogs, Get Famous, Island Living, Discover University and Cottage Living but the effect is strongest in Willow Creek, Brindleton Bay, Del Sol Valley, Sulani, Britechester and Henford-on-Bagley
- See the gifs above for off/on comparison
- All files are cleaned up so they only contain the necessary texture maps
- This means it's now compatible with other mods that override the world plants and objects (as long as they don't contain the texture files!) like the amazing No Fade On Everything mod
- Updated to a much softer color palette, and a more realistic look
- All preview pictures are taken during summer
How to use: Download the files you want (basegame + each pack you own) and place the *.package files in your Mods folder (or a sub-folder).

2022-04-27 16:30:04 +0000 UTComg thank you!! 🥰🤍🤍 I'm so glad, that means a lot to me 🤍 Not at all a dumb question 🤍 There could be two reasons why the pink tree was green. The first one is that with my new version of Pastel World, I've really tried to limit the pink trees when the type of tree could never be pink in real life. So the new version has more tree recolors, but only some are pink, and others are brighter/softer greens than they were before. The other reason could be that a lot of plants in the game share textures, even across packs. And actually I think I remember the specific tree you mean, I think the file for it is actually an Oak from City Living, whos texture is used by a lot of oak trees. I ended up deleting it, so these pink oaks are only a feature of the old version. There's nothing wrong with mixing the old and new files if you want the old pink oaks back. You can for example do the old version for all packs, and add Cottage Living from the new version. Any combo should work, as long as you do only one version (old/new) per pack 🤍 Old version: https://www.patreon.com/posts/38765543 Edit: Sorry I didn't answer one of your questions. You don't need both versions of the Mod. You can choose the version you want, and then choose which packs to get it for. But even just basegame or one pack alone might affect several worlds, because of the shared textures 🥰

2022-04-27 16:15:48 +0000 UTCThis plus your Pearl reshade made my game look so much better and thanks to those and your CC I'm enjoying my game much more. I have a bit of a dumb question tho. In your first edition of Pastel World there's a picture of Magnolia Promenade with a boat and a big pink tree next to it, but in my game that tree is still green while the boat is pink. Is it even possible that some of my objects were affected by your overrides while some weren't and am I supposed to download both Pastel World 1 and 2 or just 2? I have the Moonglow lighting mod and for one of the reshades I used before downloading your Pearl reshade I had to add some texture files (I don't remember, but I think I only added new texture files not replaced any of the existing ones) so I don't know if those things could conflict with your override. Thank you in advance.
