Light, Dust + Bokeh Overlays
Added 2020-08-16 10:43:43 +0000 UTCFor this month's all-Tiers 'digital download' I decided to make some overlays for screenshot & photo editing ♡ The DL has 26 HQ image files so you can add light, glow, dust, stars and bokeh to your images (ﾉ´ヮ`)ﾉ*: ･
Useful tips:
- Copy and paste the overlay on top of your own image in Photoshop
- They all look best on the blending mode Screen, in my opinion (⁀ᗢ⁀)
- Use layer masks to remove or soften the effect from areas you don't want it
- Change the hue of the overlay layer if the colors are not appropriate for the picture behind (see gif below)
- Use Levels on the overlay layer if it adds too much fill light (see gif below)
- Make sure the picture below has enough contrast, and is not too bright to start with
