This was so much fun to watch and listen to. Plus the dances at the end were adorable. I was laughing. Thanks for this!

I second this

Anything Wu-tang!

Daan Zandstra

i'm about 16 months older than Cudi I think

Jon Denton

I like the thought of Satellite Flight being the intro to PPDS! Both albums just take you straight into space

Loved the reaction Jon! New patreon here so excuse me if it's already been requested but I'm wondering if a Phoebe Bridgers Punisher reaction may be on the horizon? Think you'd absolutely love her

It's funny, during these Kid Cudi videos I had been thinking that John and Cudi are probably about the same age and might have grown up within a year or 2 of each other. Go to 33:33 and watch how baffled John is by the mention of the "year 2003", and what i assume is some form of nostalgia washing over him. Maybe its just because I'm only 25, but I don't remember hearing any music referencing the early 2000's in a comparable way and i feel like that was special to him. This is why I like watching you John you're the best.

You definitely should do Satellite Flight

you should do satellite flight. i think of it as an intro to PPDS. most underrated Cudi project.

Glad you enjoyed it man! This is probably my 2nd favourite after MOTM 2 but it’s a complete vibe. SB2H gets a bad rap, some of it is not great but honestly some tracks are really good. You can at least see what he was going for and I think a bit of it lands.

Idk if you noticed but at the start of Wounds Cudi doing the "wee woo wee" is mimicking an ambulance which is a reference to the title of the track. Also people might say to skip SB2H but I really suggest listening to it because it shows how down mentally he was at the time.

he just sounds so much more experienced and mature on this record, everything is paced perfectly which allows it to hit way harder. plus it sounds like such a return to form to all those who were let down by SB2H, so just by contrast PP&DS sounds better. I have to agree w you Jon, this is indeed my favourite Cudi record (although, truthfully ANY of his records would serve as a reasonable choice for favourite). oh and god bless you for posting the uncuts! it’s the biggest reason I signed for your Patreon 🤞🏻🖤

This just makes me all the more excited for the next man on the moon... even if there's a trippie feature

Nathan Dickson

Favorite reaction ever, thank you Jon!

Ben Hauser

After both MOTMs, this is my favorite! Gonna watch this later and get hyped for MOTM3, thanks Jon!

That Pharell track is a grower for sure. First time I was confused as well but now that silent transition into Pharell going tribal af on the keys makes me horny lmao. To be fair, its more of a Pharell track but still fits Cudi.

watching/listening to this album again just made me so much more excited for motm3 which i was already ecstatic about. love from atlanta!

Moziah Thompson

For some reason this rarely gets talked about as the best Kid Cudi album but for me it’s easily my favourite. The features list is insane and the whole album takes you to a different dimension.

Charlie Hill

Such a dope album
