Yeah, as fun and sexy as it's been, Exam Prep rules are totally not in play for Milk Company or Blooming. Maybe the IQ drain thing is not actually a 1:1 trade of IQ point for TF power, and it only kicks in when the amulet has been drained by the wild shenanigans like in Blooming and Company?
