Added 2021-08-30 00:52:16 +0000 UTCSo, I am disappointed with how Hansel and the Witches brother turned out. I'm busy with a full time job, but even with the time I scheduled to write, it just went so slow. I kept getting distracted with facts; when was this story written, what did a cottage look like at the time, what was the furniture, what was the clothing? All that stuff should be in the editing, I need to focus on churing out as much as I can. As Jim Butcher, author of the Dresden Files, says 'Write like you have a mortage," (At least a friend who's reading the series told me he said that)
I'll write another chapter of Bright Tower next, which should flow faster, and then maybe another story that's in modern day. Maybe that won't slow me down.
