I guess all the stores in Whitewood are just getting their own little series now, lol. Bit of a more soft and somber but kind of happy one this time around.
TEXT
Before Allen had moved to Whitewood for his new job, he'd made sure the town had a decent coffee place. He'd discovered 'The Witch's Brew', and the first day in town he had fallen in love with it. First, the atmosphere of the cafe was wonderful and Allen thought that the 'Cauldron' shopping center's 'magic' theme was genius, and second of all not only did the Witch's Brew have a huge selection of themed drinks but they all tasted INCREDIBLE! The coffee-addicted accountant had quickly made it part of his routine to stop in once a day, typically in the morning, to grab himself a cup of caffiene on his way to Whitewood's small business district. Allen had played it safe for weeks, always getting the same thing from the women in the 'witchy' barista outfits they wore, but at the urging of the store's owner, Helen, he'd finally decided to branch out and had picked up the weird 'Maiden Shot'.
"Trust me, once you reach the last sip, you'll LOVE her!" Helen had said, her chubby face beaming at Allen who, with a chuckle, took a sip. And then another. And another. It had such a sweet, rich creamy flavor with just the right amount of foam that seemed to slide in-between the joints of his bones and the grooves in his muscles, making him feel the most relaxed he had in years!
By the time Allen had noticed he'd changed into a gorgeous young woman, he was walking into work! Allan had panicked, looking around at his wo-wworkers who might be wondering who the hell this girl was...but no one seemed to notice! In fact, not only had Allen's clothes changed from male business casual to a cute female suit, but his phone, his driver's license, even the name plate on his desk now identified him as 'Allison'! The work day had gone like normal, other than the whole 'female' thing. Other than a few comments here (and using the women's bathroom) there was no indication that he was supposed to be anyone else other than, well, Allison! When the work day had ended, Allen had hoofed it back to the Witch's Brew as fast as her work heels and jiggling new assets had allowed.
"Change me back!" He'd hissed at Helen with an outstretched finger, but the chubby barista in the wide wbrimmed witch hat just giggled.
"Don't worry, sweetie. It only lasts a day! Here, have a strudel on me!" Helen had said, and Allen had, after a few more rebuffed complaints, had gone home, expecting to be stuck as a woman forever! But, true to her word, the next morning when Allen had awoke, he was himself again! It was incredible! Not only was magic real, but he could experience what life was like as a woman, as if he had been born a woman!
And now knowing that the change wasn't permanent...The accountant couldn't help but start spending more and more time as Allison! She was cute and fun and sassy and well-liked at work and actually had a social life! Not that Allen was a no-life loser, but Allison DEFINITELY had more fun! Not to mention the feeling of her female body...It was weird, but nice? The soft jiggling of her breasts as she walked, feeling her ass bounce when she wore that one pair of jeans...not to mention the way that people looked at her now. As Allen, he hadn't fallen from the ugly tree or had been blessed by Adonis, he was just average looking (not that he'd had body issues before all of this). But as Allison...Well SHE thought she was gorgeous and she loved catching the eyes of someone, man or woman, when she'd walk past. Or when she'd smile just the right way and she could swear that she could see their heart stop for just a moment. She even seemed to have more fun with her family, who like everyone else, had no memory of Allen. Her parents recognized her as their daughter, the sister to her former twin brother. The beloved aunt to her young neice who called her 'Aunt Li-Li'. And all herfriends from high school (none of which had changed, but the level of activity had skyrocketed now that her friend groups had flipped from man to woman). Sure, no one remembered the gaming parties or being doofuses at college, but those were replaced with tons of Girls Nights and sorority parties. Allison, overall, had a pretty good personal life, even if all that had really changed professionally was her wardrobe.
But Allison wasn't who Allen was. He had a whole life of living as a man! Doing manly things, thinking manly things, being attracted to and having sex with women. Allison was just a distraction, a vacation. After all, she wouldn't even exist if Allen didn't keep buying a coffee every morning! But all that changed the morning when Allen had wwalked in, eager to start his day as Allison when Helen had suggested a more permanent (and affordable) alternative...The perky part-time brunette had balked.
"What? No, I-" Allen had scoffed, but stopped as he heard the voice he'd become so familiar with over the past few months speaking. He looked down into the familiar freckled cleavage that pushed through the cozy gray loww-cut sweater and the long brown hair pooling quietly on the soft flesh. He had become Allison, and all without drinking a coffee! She looked up to see Helen smiling softly at her.
"I'm happy to have your business, sweetie, and if you want to keep coming in here and buying a coffee every day I am not going to stop you...But I think you're just making excuses. Please, let me help you" Helen had said softly to the wide-eyed girl in front of her.
"I..." Allison felt al ump forming in her throat as Helen's pudgy hand reached across the counter and grabbed her slender one in a surprisingly firm (and warm) grip, "I-I have to think about this. Thanks..." She whispered back, fleeing from the cafe that had become such a part of her life and back to her apartment, quckly shooting her boss a text saying she wouldn't be in.
"Wears off tomorrow, just like always swweetheart" Helen had called out to Allison's retreating back. The witch didn't cackle like some storybook hag or chase after the person she now saw as a friend. No, it had to be their decision. Instead, Helen just went back to work, waiting for the next customer to come into her cafe and to change another life, hopefulyl for the better.
For Allison, the rest of the day was spent staring at herself in the mirror, or staring out the window, agonizing over the curves that had become so familiar to her. Did she really want what Helen was offering? To change, once and for all, into a woman and give up her life as a man?
"Is this really who I am?" She asked herself more than once. It felt so right...But she had never felt 'wrong' as Allen.
But no matter what she chose, one thing was for certain. She was still getting a coffee in the morning.
