New Year, New Icon or Springtime TGing

Just a little bonus upload. I know the other one is a little more unique, but it's not my art and I've no idea where I got it from as the account on DeviantArt I got it from years ago ceased to exist.

Just to get this out of the way now, there was a tie for tomorrow's caption. I picked the Park Bench option as the one I wanted to work on. I'll use the other winner for Monday's update.

Okay, so here's a little bit of history for those that wanna know a little bit more about me and why I picked the name 'Mr. Domino'.

So now here's my OC, Mr./Ms. Domino. Couldn't get the domino brick necklace to work out, but making Mr. Domino was a little slice of hell on my patience in getting him to share the same style as Ms. Domino. Also included, the original MSPaint image I drew of Mr. Domino back when he was just a strange brick-creature.

My original username, back when I first started writing TG/TF fiction on Writing.Com (when it was a virus ridden hellsite but didn't have a paywall) was 'The Unstoppable Mr. Domino. This was an unintentional callback to an old video game called 'No One Can Stop Mr. Domino!', which was a puzzle game released in 1998 for the original Playstation. I actually never played it, but I guess somewhere along the line I saw it or an ad for it or maybe a game in a Walmart display case and it stuck in my head.

As this was back in the last days of the Internet being the Wild West and started being civilized (like Red Dead Redemption) I eventually lost access to that original Writing.Com account, and then I made a new one that was just 'Mr.Domino'. 

It stuck, as you can all tell. And I've shown various different pieces of art featuring Mr. and Ms. Domino. Just figured it was finally time to update the avatar. I'll be redoing the banner at some point as well to be more, y'know, TG/TF centric. The reason I chose a picture of Hadron Supercollider particle image was because at the time I made my account on DA and started creating Captions was because I had a very small amount of images to make captions with. My intent was (as you can see in the original smattering of captions) was playing with the idea of a Multiverse, where images were the same but the story content vastly differed.

I'm glad I moved away from that, especially with every major piece of media having to be a Multiverse now.

This was generated in Midjourney and then put together by TheXtra. I've also received all the GENIE'D! files from him, so I'm going to be making an attempt to continue the comic, though I've already decided that if I bring it back, it's gonna be a once a month thing until I'm really comfortable with making a comic myself.
