It's tough when narrators quit. Fortunately, Actors Everywhere does a good job of re-recording the books with new actors so we have the same talent through out the series.
2023-04-28 23:33:53 +0000 UTCOk I need to be honest. When I started book 2 I was pretty upset that the authors had changed. Mike and Delilah did a great job, imo. That being said, while I wish Sarah had gone with the same accent for Cleo (not to mention they pronounce Kali differently), I have come to the conclusion that Sarah’s voice is more appropriate for a cat girl so it actually works a little better (sorry Delilah). But I want it on the record that Mike And Delilah were awesome as well! I hope they do other series, but getting replaced by book 2 is usually not a good sign. So if this were Amazon my review would be 5 Story, 4 Performance, and 5 Overall. Just so people would expect different but not bad.
