Do you see your 2 cards with the right name?
Does the main one / active one name is displayed directly on top of the drop down menu?
Can you select them / does it work? Press save and restart MilkDrop to test. Is MilkDrop3 running with the selected one?
I can't test this because I don't have 2 graphics card! thanks!
