14 stone, 1lb!

Hey everyone!

just a quick update to let you know that after stuffing myself last night and making a bunch of new vids for the coming weeks I made it a fair bit over over the 14 stone milestone, and it wasn’t just all food either because when I weighed myself this morning I was still 14 stone 1lb!! So that’s all fat - I weighed myself before I ate but after I’d emptied out so it was a rare moment my digestive system wasn’t stuffed with food at the moment!

I can’t believe how big I’ve gotten in such a short space of time! I feel so different, so much better, more confident and so much more comfortable in my skin.

I can‘t wait to share more of this journey with all of you. My next milestone goal is 15 and a half stone - my previous highest weight 💙
