Bubbly bowels!
Added 2022-09-20 09:32:47 +0000 UTCI’m sorry this isn’t great quality, I just caught this on my iPad because I could feel the bubbling and wondered what it sounded like so I pressed the internal mic to my lower belly and recorded for a minute. It’s not super loud but you can hear how many air bubbles I had moving inside me last night, no wonder I was so uncomfortable!
about 10 minutes later I met out a big gassy blast from my backside and my tummy felt much better afterwards!
