Stethoscope play, belly noises & health update

Hey everyone,  here’s a little clip from a few weeks ago in which I listen to my full tummy digesting and comment on the  noises I can hear from inside of me before I record some of them for you  to hear while I sip a can of coke and burp a few times 💙

As you’ll all know I have long had issues with my health. Most of them are autoimmune disorders I’ve been living with for decades but the one that makes life impossibly hard sometimes are bouts of recurrent meningitis, although I’ve been trying to recuperate from the move and keep everything going I’ve succumbed to it in the last couple of weeks and I’m failing to improve. Actually, I haven’t been this sick in years and I’m not coping very well.

To try to get my recovery started and get back on track I‘m on total bedrest this week along with a strong course of medication. It’s this or a hospital stay which stresses me out beyond belief, I hate hospitals with a passion. I wanted to keep you in the loop because I’m going to be quiet for a few days. Depending on my recovery either I’ll be recording at the start of next week and you’ll be getting a double dose of content for a couple of weeks to make up for my week off, or if I’m not able to recover enough I’ll pause subs for next month so that no one feels like they’ve been hard done by. 

I’ve worked so hard to get back to making content, im not going to let this get me down without a fight. I never, ever just take time off to rest, i‘m a terrible patient and I go stir crazy when I’m unable to do anything but it’s a desperate attempt at getting back on track.
