Theme Weeks!
Added 2022-03-26 22:14:08 +0000 UTCHi everyone!
the move is very close, we;re moving official,y on Monday and I’ll be heading back and forth a few times over the next couple of weeks to get the boat ready for sale, then after that I’ll be making videos again full time and there will be loads of content coming your way!
I wanted to tell you about a feature i’ll be starting in the middle of April. I’m going to hold occasional ‘theme weeks’ where for a week I focus on eating a certain thing or adding a certain thing to my daily diet to see what changes over those seven days, logging the effects it has on my weight, my digestive system and my life. There will be lots of videos and pictures, and loads of sounds too!
i;m going to start with Dairy Week! Now, I do consume quite a bit of dairy generally, but for a week I’m going to overload my system with it. Interestingly I;ve become mildly lactose intolerant over the past few years so this is going to have some rather profound effects on my digestive system! I also find dairy really helps me to gain so hopefully I can pack a good few extra pounds around my middle.
my plan is, every day for 7 days I have to eat 4 Weetabix with lots of milk and sugar for breakfast and lunch with cheese as a big focus (pizza, pasta with loads of cheese, just eating big lumps of cheese etc!) then I have to drink a 4 pint of milk every day, except the last day when I’ll have to drink a 6 pint bottle instead. Each day I also have to add something extra such as a carton of cream or a pint of ice cream.
I am REALLY excited about this and can;t wait to share all kinds of content with you!
some other theme weeks I have in mind are a beer week, a baked bean week, a Pepsi week, a vegetable week (I eat so few they’re going to sent my poor digestive system into overdrive) and a chocolate week. Tonight I ate more chocolate in kne sitting than I’d ever eaten before and drank loads of milk and coke with it, which gave me the idea. my tummy is in a bloated, gurgling mess right now and I’d love to recreate this to share!
