2025-11-16 23:03:18 +0000 UTCWe've finished the Jurassic journey (for now๐ ). I'm totally with you Ladies, I'm always up for a new dinosaur movie. But I think it would be good if the studio took a little more time to come up with a new approach to the story. Because, let's be honest, it's almost always basically the same plot: There's another island where dinosaurs have been cloned, an evil corporation wants to profit from the dinosaurs, a few good-hearted characters get involved and defeat the evil corporation in the end. The D-Rex design reminds me a lot of the MUTOs from Godzilla (2014). It looks pretty cool, but I would have preferred it if they had based the design more on normal dinosaurs, like the Indominus Rex in the first Jurassic World. A movie recommendation with Scarlett Johansson's voice๐: The movie Her (2013) is a sci-fi/romance Movie. I think it's less well-known, but due to the AI theme, it's more relevant today than it was back then. The male lead is played by Joaquin Phoenix, whom you know from Joker, The Village, Gladiator, and Signs. I'm really looking forward to Pacific Rim; it's such a fun movie.
