Oh yes. Great movie!

Chris

Girls, you know Al Pacino and Robert de Niro... head to HEAT!

Gabriel

i will add HEAT (and I think u agree!)

Gabriel

45. More money more problems. This day was coming, I finally previewed this flick you Chi, Ms. Romance(Hela) and Katy. However I think that green dress would look better on Chi. That aside, anyone and everyone has heard of Scarface. Keeping with this same theme might I suggest, Blow with Jonny Depp and then American Made. Both of those movies are...well you'll find out when you watch them. Then you have other gangster movies like Goodfellas and then Casino. Once those are successfully uploaded I have some more suggestions. With that being said, excellent upload ladies. On to the next.

Amen, Matthew 6:24, "No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon." I'm on the same page as you.

Bible - Matt 16:26 What profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world but loses his soul?

david mueller

Rule #2 Don't get high on your own supply. That was his mistake.

Jerry Kern

I have to agree with Chi. Elvira has nothing on Hella. The green dress is nothing. Hella has the best dresses. But Elvira IS a junkie. This demonstrates the problem with men. They see only with their eyes and make terrible choices in women, and then they are surprised when the women are not good.

Alex

Great choice and great reaction ladies. Crime movies i recommend are Goodfellas Once Upon A Time In America Casino The Godfather 1 & 2 The Untouchables

Scottish Smurf

This was one of your best reactions, you all really seemed invested in the twist and turns and it was fun seeing your shock at all the crazy! This was fun to watch thanks!

fan

I'll keep recommending movies I have mentioned in the past: - Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind - Pan's Labyrinth - Children of Men - Arrival For other "crime" movies, I highly recommend: - L.A. Confidential (really great movie!) - Goodfellas - Casino

Chris

Really enjoyed this, thanks!

Bro threw away a good thing cause he ain’t want those kids to get caught in the cross fire

Scarface was completely unexpected! I don’t think the Munchies entirely approved of Tony Montana and his methods, but he did say he was from the gutter, and the supplies he was consuming do make people horrible. That said, that 3am scene (with the arranged phone call) is excellent. If the Munchies are going down the Pacino road, I’m all for it: Godfather 1, and 2, Donnie Brasco, Heat… everyone’s suggested those. But I’d like to chip in with ‘Dog Day Afternoon’. Exceptional movie! (while I’m at it I’ll suggest ‘The Long Good Friday’, and that other Brian De Palma movie called The Untouchables…… 😄)

Duncan

He's the credited screenwriter on many of his movies but not all of them.

Joel Purvis

Hi there, does Martin Scorsese write the movies?

Ervin Cortez

O BROTHER WHERE ART THOU AND THE BIG LEBOWSKI!! Beautiful feel good movies with awesome music and lots of laughs. Both highly rated. You’ll love

Just came on here to see what was up and this surprised me. Something tells me that they are not going to be ready for this

Andy Worthington

Pretty sure its Pakistan or Syria. Where did you hear that?

Manospondylus

The Goonies would be a good movie reaction... family/adventure from 1985

Rico

The real classics among crime-movies are "The Godfather part I" (1972) and "Godfather part II" (1974), both were nominated for more than ten Academy awards. Of the other suggesutions in this thread I think "Godfellas" from 1990 ar the one that come closest in quality to these two. If you want som more original suggestions I would reccomend "The Usual Suspects" (1995') and Tarantinos "Reservoir Dogs" (1992).

aaarskog

It's an excellent choice. I hope it wasn't too shocking, but you seemed pretty interested in the drama. You would probably enjoy some parts of Godfather 1 and 2. It's less violent, but longer and slower. Chi is right, you should have a vacation!

Grumpy Monk

Definitely "Goodfellas" next, followed by "Casino". The first should help give them a better understanding of Martin's mobster style families, which'll make the one after easier to enjoy.

Brett Norman

Scarface! This was so unexpected but definitely welcomed. Love this movie. And as others have said, Goodfellas is an amazing mafia movie.

Looney

I enjoyed this Watch, I haven't seen Scarface in almost 20 years. It was refreshing re- watching with you girls almost 20 years later. Having said that. If you're into this genre of film check out Goodfellas (1990) it's not only a crime film masterpiece but just a cinematicmasterpiece in general

Anthony Shepherd

If you're going to do crime movies you have to do some by Martin Scorsese! He's the master of the genre. My recommendation is The Departed but there are many good options. Goodfellas and Casino are also good options.

Joel Purvis

I’m happy you are reacting to different kinds of movies like westerns and crime movies, I’ll be happy to recommend some of my favorite crime dramas/thriller movies below; Carlito’s Way (1993) - If you liked Scarface, Carlito’s Way is from the same director (Brian De Palma) and main actor (Al Pacino). I personally prefer Carlito’s Way. Heat (1995) - An absolute classic epic drama about a cop and a criminal, also starring Al Pacino from Scarface (he’s in a LOT of classic crime dramas, him and Robert De Niro who is also in this film) Dog Day Afternoon (1975) - Another classic with Al Pacino, this one is about a bank robbery. The Untouchables (1987) - starring Kevin Costner from Field of Dreams and Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves and from the director of Scarface. Collateral (2004) - Thriller about an assassin starring Tom Cruise Hell or High Water (2016) - Sort of a neo western crossed with a crime movie No Country For Old Men (2007) - Also sort of a western/crime mashup, this movie won best picture at the oscars that year. And the absolute king of the crime movie is director Martin Scorsese, he has so many masterpieces that i will rattle off a few of his crime movies here: Taxi Driver (1976), Goodfellas (1990), Cape Fear (1991), Casino (1995), The Departed (2006), The Wolf of Wall Street (2013) and The Irishman (2019), my favorite Scorsese movie is The King of Comedy (1982) which I guess is technically a crime movie, more of a dark comedy, anyway that’s enough suggestions for now.

Jonathan Kidman

The biggest refugee group into England last year was from Vietnam, no idea why, was there a flood or something which would make people leave?

Imperial Mort

Training day is a good comedy

Jaura
