Long time ago my sister said let's watch one of these old black and white movies. We watched this movie still one of my greatest movies ever seen and I could not watch this movie again. Till now.. thanks for the review

Jay Wolfe

Ready to try a couple of black and white Westerns? The Man who Shot Liberty Valance, Hombre, The Ox Bow Incident are some of my favorites. I'll bet you'll like them too. Keep on rockin

tommylegless

One of my favorite movies, enjoyed as always you're reactions, you ladies make every movie fun. I do wish Hella had been a part of this one though! Thanks for brightening my day,

somo777

One of the great movies of all time, and one of Humphrey Bogart's best. The Maltese Falcon is also good. If you're interested in older films, you might check out Citizen Kane with Orson Welles, or any of the Alfred Hitchcock movies.

Thaddeus Winterson

i'm cringing so hard at this comment lmao. this isn't onlyfans.

Henry N.

You two are very sexy and adorable. I think your bodies are so nice and curvy.

Poem For You

One of my all time favorite movies. This may be the most fun reaction of yours. This movie take place in Dec 1941 just prior to the Japanese Attack on Pearl Harbor. This was hinted at in the final script. The script came from an unpublished play that was written prior to this. France was divided into German Occupied France, Vichy France and Free French. Free French were mostly in exile. Vichy France included many French Colonies including French Indochina (Vietnam). Being allied with Germany, Japan would take over Vietnam in 1944 to replace withdrawn Vichy French forces. Eventually, Vietnamese led by Ho Chi Minh would defeat the Japanese. This is from memory, but I think it is accurate to my recollection from study.

Kay Largo or The Maltese Falcon.

What I find most interesting about this film is that it was made in 1942, while WW2 was still going on and well before anyone knew that the Nazis would lose the war. All of the actors and actresses had a huge stake in the Allied victory, and many of the characters were played by German or Austrian Jews. Paul Henreid, who plays Victor Laszlo, was an Austrian Jew, and Conrad Veidt, who plays the German officer, had really been a German officer in WWI and married a Jewish woman after the war. He opposed the Nazis and moved to England and later to the USA after the Nazis came to power. Casablanca was his final film, as he died in 1943. Peter Lorre, who plays Ugarte. was also a Austrian of Jewish descent who escaped from Nazi Germany to live in Paris and then London. S.Z. Sakall who plays Carl was also an Austrian Jew who lost many of his family members in the Nazi death camps.

Prometheus

It might be an idea to do a few reactions to classic films from the '50s and '60s on your channel. There are many films featuring some brilliant actors and actresses from that era. One of my favorites that this film reminds me of is "the Train" with Burt Lancaster, as it's also set in WW2 and it involves similar themes of self-sacrifice by cynical people.

Prometheus

One of the best movies ever done and you notice how it is well made when you watch it a second and a third time just for info, since the girls were wandering during the movie: 14:50 the man Rick met is not Enzo Ferrari from the car company, "Ferrari" is a not so rare family name in Italy, specially in Modena province 17:06 the gesture the Italian solder (the one white dressed) does is the "roman salute", it was used by Fascist in Italy during the dictature time.

Gianluca

Then you missed one of the greatest movies ever made.

Prometheus

"It's a Wonderful Life" would be a great reaction for the Christmas season, especially since Chi has said she is a Christian.

Prometheus

Don't forget "Key Largo" and my favorite "The African Queen" (which is in color).

Prometheus

One of my all-time favorite movies. I had forgotten how many plot twists were in this film. Now you can see that black and white movies can be truly great. One of the best things about older movies for people who know English as a second language is that the dialogue is very clearly spoken.

Prometheus

never mind maybe honey i shrunk the kids will keep you awake

hogweed

my fav movie of all time

MISTABIGBAWLS

I've never actually seen this movie before, but have seen many references to it. This movie lives up to the hype. Another classic would be "It's a Wonderful Life".

Grumpy Monk

Can't go wrong wither way. All of them are fantastic films!

Nathanial House

All fantastic suggestions. Citizen Kane/Vertigo in my opinion are Welles'/Hitchcock's best. But when it comes to old movies, for them I'd recommend starting with Rear Window, 12 Angry Men, or maybe some Billy Wilder film like The Apartment. I feel like they'd also really like The Graduate.

Henry N.

I fell asleep

Imperial Mort

‘Chinatown’ would be an excellent choice. Especially since you’re already acquainted with Mr Jack Nicholson.

Tyler T

cmon man casablanca is a classic.

Henry N.

Not into old movies, but im sure it was a lovely reaction.

Paul De'Armond

You should definitely try some of Humphrey Bogarts other movies, "The Big Sleep", "To Have and Have Not", "Dark Passage"

Ben Hogan

Ah I hope they do Rear Window!!

Joe Stüll

It's great to see you react to one of the all-time classics! So many great lines and techniques used in this film. If you want to keep going in on this road, CITIZEN KANE is outstanding... NORTH BY NORTHWEST; PSYCHO, or anything by Alfred Hitchcock. With the remake coming out soon, I'd recommend reacting to the original, silent NOSFERATU.

Nathanial House

Good list!

Nathanial House

Rarely watch ancient movies. But I’ll try to watch along with you later today 😭

Daryl

Woke up opening the app, thinking it was a a dream. 😊Great choice!

Tyler T

Thank you for this one. It was a great reaction. Please do more classic movies made between 1915-1986.

Dean J

Excellent reaction, ladies! I've been waiting to see you watch this film and you didn't disappoint. I only wish Hella had been with you. Looking forward to seeing you tackle more classic movies!

Michael Gilbrook

This movie represents the best of what old Hollywood had to offer and It is the greatest classics of its time. Awesome reaction ladies, as always.💜

Digitalversager

I haven't watched this no in, oh, maybe 15 years now, but it really was a treat. I'm happy to see you ladies checking out some of these older, timeless classics from the so-named "Golden Age of Hollywood." Glad to see you enjoyed the movie!

Brandon

I am happy you are reacting to some older movies, looking forward to watching this reaction later! if you would like some good older movies I recommend The Apartment (1960), Some Like It Hot (1959) (starring Marilyn Monroe who you may have heard of) and Roman Holiday (1953) if you want some romance and comedy, I also recommend anything directed by Alfred Hitchcock if you want some thrills, Rear Window (1954) might be a good place to start with him or you could react to Citizen Kane (1941) which many consider one of the greatest films of all time, all these films are really watchable and entertaining and worth your time, thanks ladies for the reactions, you are killing it recently!
