The sword stopped glowing because the goblin died.

You asked why didn't the eagles just fly them for the whole journey. Then there wouldn't have been a story. :)

Eric Muirhead

If you watch Mad Max please start at the beginning with Mad Max (1979).

awesome reaction as usual :) please check out the Mad Max remakes; Mad Max: Fury Road (2015) and the recently released prequel Furiosa (2024). Great action movies you will really enjoy, and for something wild you have not seen before. also dont forget about John Wick 2,3,4 you have watched the first one which is awesome but the sequels are even better take care! from Australia

Stefan Williams

Hela is right. The eagles are like, "Don't send a moth unless it's a life or death situation."

In my opinion, bilbo is the most intelligent and clever Hobbit in the series.

Cornelius P. Stranglefart, Attorney at Law D.D.S.

*sees the eagles fly away* they only work part-time

It seemed to me that at several points you ladies couldn’t stop smiling during this movie. Bilbo is an amazing character. He was very different from a typical hobbit. I loved your reaction during the entire scene with Bilbo and Gollum. Despite knowing what happens in the LOTR movies, Gollum is such an amazing character that it’s hard not to get caught up in his scenes. I can NOT wait to see your reaction to Smaug the dragon in the next movie! Wonderful reaction ladies!

At the time of The Hobbit, Saruman had not yet completely fallen into evil. But he was secretly working against Gandalf and the Council of the Wise. He wanted to distract them and convince them that Sauron and the Ring were not a threat. But in reality he was already searching for the Ring for himself. He wanted to become the new master of Middle Earth. Later, when Sauron became stronger, he changed his plan and (probably reluctantly) joined Sauron. It was important that Bilbo spared Gollum. If he had not done that and killed for the Ring, the Ring would have corrupted Bilbo just as he corrupted Sméagol. Wonderful reaction ladies, keep up the good work.💜

down down down to goblin town, well done with the singing good to hear you liked it, i disliked the cg in this move a bit, the story is quite standart and a lot less 'stern' but not necessearily bad

The Hobbit was written for younger people and the movies reflect that so they are more light-hearted and less serious than The Lord of the Rings. Some people have a problem with it but it doesn't bother me at all. I love all the movies.
