It wasn't mentioned but I'm glad that Andy Serkis got an oscar for this, also. If the girls see this then you should have a quick look on YT about him. There's a particularly good vid called 'When an audition changed cinema forever', that tells the story really well about how his preformance in this opened up a new art within the film industry and how he led the way forward on it.

But Ben-Hur got 11 Oscars from 12 nominations and Titanic has the highest Wins/Nominations -- it got 11 Oscars from 14 Nominations. No film has gotten more nominations or more Oscars than Titanic. Others have tied in wins or nominations, but not both.
