the aluminum bridge that gets destroyed in the beginning i worked for the manufacturing place "Redd Team" based in Florida that had created and built it for London and I had cut every piece of that bridge since we only had 1 cut department also, we had lost a team member of a group that was sent over to help put it together due to a collapsed lung while taking a shower in his hotel room in London...that is why this movie means a lot to me because of seeing that bridge in the film.

A lot of great details there, both real-world and in-story... only very few of which I either remembered or knew at all.
I certainly wasn't aware of Helen McCrory's passing... but I must've been looking into her background near to that time, as I do remember being surprised to discover her being with Damien Lewis at the time.
I haven't read the books in almost 15 years, but always go into the films expecting (and remembering) them to have scenes that even the extended versions don't actually contain... I guess because I still semi-recall things from the books that my mind has created movie scenes for.
In childhood and early adulthood I had read hundreds of popular and obscure fantasy/scifi books (as well as certain of the Classics, westerns, espionage, horror, gothic romance, & other genres), but after military days I fell in with a fundy christian group and shunned movies & fiction books for over 10 years.
During that time I was aware of the books and their associated phenomenal popularity (and eventually the first films), but didn't get around to reading them until maybe 2010.
I raced through them all in 3-4 days, and then again in about a week. Then I started watching the films that had already come out (but put off the last two until they'd well-passed their theater runs).
I should definitely get back to reading the Potter books again.

To clear up the terminology:
Muggle - Someone who is not born to magic parents and does not have any magical powers (like the Dursleys).
Muggle-born - Witch (female) or wizard (male) born to muggle parents (like Hermione, Lily and Dean Thomas).
Squib - Person born into a wizarding family with no magical powers themselves (like Mr. Filch and Mrs. Figg).
Pure-blood - Witch or wizard whose parents and grandparents are all wizards (like the Weasleys and the Malfoys).
Half-blood - Witch or wizard who has one or more muggle parent or grandparent (like Harry, Snape and Voldemort).
Mudblood - Derogatory term used by pure-bloods to refer to half-bloods and muggle-borns (think of the n-word).
Also, they are all human (even Voldemort).
To clarify: Voldermort split his soul in 7 pieces, with one remaining piece INSIDE OF HIM. There are only six Horcruxes they needed to find and destroy and then Voldemort would become mortal and therefore he could be killed. The diary, the ring and the locket are destroyed but there's still 3 others and Voldemort's body left.
The original script included all of Dumbledore's memories about Voldemort from the book. That involved Tom's mother Merope Gaunt (a witch) met his father Tom Riddle Sr. (a muggle) and seduced him with a love potion. J.K. Rowling has said it’s important that Voldemort was conceived as a result of force rather than real love, as it explains why he cannot feel love. Merope eventually stopped using the potion hoping Tom would love her, but he abandoned her and their unborn son. Tom eventually tracked down his maternal uncle Morfin Gaunt, stole his family ring (which he was wearing in the flashback with Slughorn and later turned into a horcrux) and murdered his entire family. In the flashback scene in which Dumbledore visits young Tom in the orphanage, a photo on the wall of his room shows the seaside cliff to which Dumbledore and Harry go to in search of the third horcrux. The cliff is where a young Tom once used magic to terrorise his fellow orphans while on a field trip. There are also 7 rocks on the window sill, which is the same numb Lastly, as an adult, Tom returns to Hogwarts to ask Dumbledore for a job as the Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher, but is denied. He cursed it which is why the same teacher cannot be for more than a year.
Instead the film adds a (imo) pointless and out-of-nowhere scene of the Weasleys' home getting burned to the ground (the filmmakers said they wanted to add more action).
Other things in the book cut from the film are:
Snape was the original owner of the book Harry had - that's why he knew the cure to "Sectumsempra", the spell Harry used on Draco. In the film, after he reveals himself as the Half Blood Prince, there is no further explanation. But in the book it is explainedt that Snape was half-blood and his mother's maiden name was Prince, hence where he got the name.
A long fight sequence between The Order of the Phoenix members and students vs. Death Eaters. Ron's oldest brother Bill Weasley's face becomes disfigured after he is bitten by werewolf Fenrir Greyback (who was in the attack at the beginning, Borgin & Burkes and during the attack on the Weasley home - he is also the one who bit Lupin), but thankfully it isn't a full moon so Bill doesn't become a werewolf. He and Fleur Delacour (from Beauxbatons who competed in the Triwizard Tournament) are engaged at this point.
Dumbledore's funeral (initially, I was mad about them cutting it but the scene where everyone raises their wands is so beautiful). There were also scenes with the Dursleys in the beginning and the relationship between Tonks & Lupin is further explored.
Harry and Ginny relationship is honestly very poorly executed in the films. There is also NO chemistry between the actors. Ginny's had a crush on Harry since forever but Harry has never shown any interest in her. While in the later books, Harry has a huge crush on Ginny and in HBP they kiss after the Quidditch final, in front of everyone. They are in relationship throughout much of the book but Harry breaks up with her for her safety.
Fun facts/answers to some of your questions:
Hero Fiennes Tiffin who plays Tom Riddle at age 11 is Ralph Fiennes' nephew (he's 26 years old now!). Christian Coulson, who played Tom Riddle in CoS, expressed an interest in returning for this film, but director David Yates recognised that he was too old for the role, being nearly 30. Dame Maggie Smith finished filming this while undergoing treatment for breast cancer (talk about badass). Jim Broadbent who plays Professor Slughorn also played the professor in Narnia and the owner of the Moulin Rouge in the film of the same name, among others. Helen McCrory (Narcissa Malfoy) was originally cast as Bellatrix but had to drop out due to her pregnancy. She was subsequently cast as Bellatrix's sister and Draco's mother in this film. She died of breast cancer in 2021, aged 52. She was married to actor Damian Lewis at the time of her death. Robert Knox, who played Marcus Belby (the kid from the Slug Club who ate a lot) was tragically stabbed to death when he intervened in a fight to protect his younger brother on May 24th 2008, just a few days after filming wrapped. His murderer was convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment with a minimum of 20 years before being considered for parole.
Muggles can't see certain types of magic due to an Illusion Charm and a Muggle-Repelling Charm. The car in Chamber of Secrets most likely didn't have a charm attached to it, therefore muggles could see it. As for the Dursleys seeing the cake in the air and Aunt Marge turn into a balloon, that could be because they KNOW about magic (even if they don't believe in it). Also, in case of the bridge collapse, in the book, the Ministry of Magic covers it up by modifying the muggles' memories.
Spearmint toothpaste is one of the things Hermione smells with the love potion. It is a reference to earlier when Ron tries to wipe some toothpaste off her face, so essentially she is smelling Ron. Later when they're at the Three Broomsticks in Hogsmeade, she intentionally leaves some around her mouth in hopes Ron wipes it off, but when he doesn't she is embarrassed. (Also, her parents are dentists. Funny coincidence?). However, in the book she didn't mention the toothpaste at all, but J.K Rowling said in an interview that she was embarrassed because the third thing she smelled was Ron's hair.
There is a newspaper article in the beginning about Lucius who is imprisoned in Azkaban at this point, and Draco and his mother dealing with the fallout. Voldemort chose Draco to punish Lucius who had failed him multiple times (like with the diary and the prophecy). The fact that Draco had access in Hogwarts was a bonus. He was testing the vanishing cabinet to bring the Death Eaters inside, who were meant to help him kill Dumbledore. Draco gave Katie Bell the cursed necklace to give to Dumbledore and poisoned Slughorn's bottle that he planned to give to Dumbledore. Also, it isn't specifically said in the film but the initiation ceremony/ritual where Draco gets branded with the Dark Mark and officially becomes a Death Eater takes place in Borgin & Burkes when Harry, Ron and Hermione are watching. Btw, Tom Felton doesn't get enough credit for his performance in this film.
On the train, Draco used the spell Petrificus Totalus aka The Full Body-Bind Curse on Harry, which temporarily paralyses the one it is used on. It's the same spell Hermione used on Neville when he tried to prevent them from sneaking out in PS, and, ironically, Neville used it on a Death Eater in OotP.
Fred and George paid for their shop with money from Harry which he earned from winning the Triwizard Tournament. Harry also inherited Grimmauld Place (Sirius' childhood home and Order headquarters) and Kreacher the house elf after Sirius' death. And yes, in the shop, there is a figure of Umbridge shouting "I really hate children" and "I will have order!".
I don't think Ron really liked Lavender like that, he just liked the attention. Especially because he grew up in the shadow of his siblings (mainly his brothers) and, being Harry Potter's best friend, ends up in his shadow. That's also why he doesn't think Hermione would want him over Harry. Plus, he's a teenage boy filled with raging hormones!
I have no explanation as to why Slughorn didn't help Ron, other than he was in a stressful situation and he froze. People react to things differently.
Not so fun fact: This is Daniel Radcliffe's least favorite performance of his in the franchise, stating that he was not very good in it (in his opinion). He also revealed that he was struggling with alcohol at the time of filming and can tell in certain scenes that he was intoxicated (like in the scenes after Harry takes Felix Felicis).
Goofs/incorrectly regarded as goofs:
The book (and presumably the film as well) is set in 1996, yet the opening scene shows the Millennium Bridge in London getting destroyed - the bridge didn't start to get built until 1998 and was completed in 2000. In the book, it was actually the fictional Brockdale Bridge that got destroyed. No idea why they changed it and used an actual bridge that wasn't built yet.
Mr. Weasley uses Voldemort's name when talking to Harry about Draco and the vanishing cabinet. But he NEVER uses his name and even scolded Harry when he did in PoA. However, he may have gotten over the fear of saying Voldemort's name after joining the Order. I don't remember if he said it in the book though.
Aragog looks a lot smaller here than in CoS. But when Harry and Ron first saw him they were smaller themselves, which would make him look bigger, and the angle is different as well. Also, spiders generally shrivel up pretty fast after dying.

No, Lily and Narcissa are most certainly not equals... but I was only referring to the strength/nature of the love each had for their child near the time of each of their sons' respective peril.
Though such a thing is hardly quantifiable, it can still be comparable, in so far as it manifests itself towards the child in question and within the perilous situation set upon.
Lily Potter's such moment for measurement (of sorts) is, of course, when Voldemort came for her & her own, in which moment she put forth her own life in singular immediate risk on the part of saving infant Harry.
But that doesn't minimize what was Narcissa's continuous risk to save teenage Draco from being murdered by Voldemort for failure in assigned tasks, for being perceived of as weak, or for evincing lack of loyalty (or loyalty still "misplaced" in former things). She chose to put forth such risk over the years by various attitudes/inactions towards her husband's attempts to follow Voldemort, by confiding in her sister Bellatrix things Voldemort commanded to be left undiscussed/unmeddled , by trusting an old 'friend' enough to elist his aid in protecting Draco in his last year at Hogwarts, and eventually the most immediate of risks in directly lying to Voldemort's face about what was the most important piece of information to him.
No... I maintain my favoritism for & respect of the character Narcissa, in this one area at least. It is, after all, the most important & highest of areas in life... and which for her cut through all other considerations.

I remember reading years ago, via some forum on which Rowling occasionally answered readers' questions, that only Snape (and Potter afterwards) knew of the spell, and only Snape ever knew the counterspell... without which a laceration or severance caused by the spell was non-reparable* (though any resultant bleeding could be arrested by other magic).
The knowledge of the counterspell, which he employed to restore Draco, remained solely with Snape, as Harry divested himself forever of possession of the Half-blood Prince copy of the Potions textbook via the Room of Requirement... though it is still possible that Snape might've recorded the counterspell elsewhere among his belongings.
*[I have to wonder if this might be an area where medical technology of the Muggle world might actually prove effective and thus advantageous to be familiar with & availed of... except perhaps not, as Arthur Weasley did not seem to consider its possibility later on with reference to George.]

Wow, ok... I mean, yeah... of what you point out there are some elements present in Slughorn's comport and demeanor... but also so much more in addition, between the lines, and as a whole beyond any summation of parts.
While I can see that view of such facets as you're referring to, I just also see in him & about him so much more than that limited scope as you've accounted for.

(No spoilers) Chi and Hella: If Voldemort intended to split his soul into 7 pieces, 6 would go into Horcruxes and 1 would remain in his own body. That 1 piece is what survived as a spirit and hid in Albania after he lost his body when Harry was a baby. That 1 piece was returned to a physical body in Goblet of Fire. The Ring and the Diary were destroyed, and the locket's fate is a mystery. That leaves perhaps 3 unknown items that Harry, Ron, and Hermione are considering as out there to find, in addition to needing to learn the fate of the locket. The possible items that Dumbledore suggested were all of items connected with famous witches and wizards related to Hogwarts, as Dumbledore specifically says that Horcruxes would not be random things of no importance like portkeys. He wasn't sure, but there was evidence that Voldemort was seeking out such meaningful items.
In the book, the sad life of Voldemort's mother is shared in detail. All the books are available in Vietnamese translations, and I again very much recommend reading them for the full (and correct as the movies made a lot of bad changes in my opinion) story.
In the book of Half-Blood Prince, Dumbledore shares with Harry ideas of what those three items might be (although he isn't sure). Voldemort appeared to try to get a job as the Defense Against The Dark Arts teacher at Hogwarts and came to Hogwarts years after leaving the school, but before the prophecy that made him target Harry. Dumbedore refused, and ever since, no teacher has seemed to last as Defense teacher (although it appears that Quirrell taught more than one year, although perhaps with a year off in-between?)

When Snape heals Malfoy, it seemed to me that he used a special spell.
I don't know enough about the background, but I would assume, seeing how brutal Sectumsempra is, that it is a spell that cannot be cured so easily.
However, I am not a great Harry Potter expert, I could well be wrong.

I don't agree that they're anywhere close to equal. You never see Narcissa standing between Voldy and Draco. You definitely see Narcissa being a horrible person to Hermione. Lily never did that to anyone. She even stuck up for Snape for a long time after he displayed bad behavior. The movies make Narcissa look better than she really was.

There is no evidence he created a counter spell for sectumsempra in either the book or movie. Perhaps you're thinking of liberacorpus for levicorpus, which Snape wrote in the book as well.

For the Munchies: Snape's mother's name before marrying ("maiden name" in English) was Eileen Prince. She married a muggle named Tobias Snape. Therefore, Severus Snape was a "half-blood" having a witch mother and a muggle father. He disliked his father, and gave himself the nickname The Half-Blood Prince.

Sectumsempra would probably fit into the category of unforgivable curse.
However, I don't think Sectumsempra is really well known in the wizarding world. Snape and Harry are probably the only wizards who know the spell.
I think the spell shows what a brilliant wizard Snape really is. I mean, he created Sectumsempra and a counter spell when he was still a student, not many wizards can boast of such a feat.

Hella looks so cute in her Hogwarts student cosplay.🙂
Chi, at the end Snape revealed to Harry that he was the half-blood prince. That used to be Snape's nickname. The potions book with all the good tips and the evil spell "Sectumsempra" (Snape created this spell. That's why he was able to heal Malfoy when Harry injured him with it) originally belonged to Snape.

Chi and Hella have signaled during the previous couple of HP films their anticipation of Draco getting to do more than just being a caricature bully... well, here they'll see his potentials open up under several pressures.
And that title placard for this reaction video... yep, pretty much how I expected their response would be for this emotional heavy-hitter in the series.
