The Thuggee cult really existed and did those things in the 1800s, and were wiped out by the British like they said in the movie. But they never came back like they show in this movie. Also the rocks in the movie are real rocks, but they don't glow like that. They are just brown rocks with lines through them. I forget what they are called. (they are not called what they are called in the movie) I have two of them. Thankfully Mola Ram has not appeared and tried to take my heart. The doll that hurts Indy is a voodoo doll and the Indians never practice that. There are a lot of things in this movie made up. Voodoo is from somewhere else.

2024-06-01 21:55:45 +0000 UTCI saw this when I was a kid at the theatre in the 80s. What a fun ride. A lot darker and gross but very fun. Check out the 3rd one when you get a chance. Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. It is not dark like this and has very less snakes and bugs too. Just a few snakes and rats haha. But it is a fun movie too with Indy and his father reconnecting and go on an adventure together. It also has Sallah in it again from the first movie.
