It could be an angled view to she her belly basically on the floor. The second is Supergirl from My Adventures with Superman, in her Supergirl outfit, holding a massive meatball sub in her hand, angled the same as Lilith. She would be obese with her belly going past her knees and pushing her suit to its limits. The third is just the epilogue version of Sasha with a gaming chair stuck to her butt while she eats a donut. She would be angled like how you normally angle her. You don’t have to choose all of them, it’s just food for thought.

As for scenarios… Maybe a side view of her pulling up her pants, but they refuse to go over her now-bulbous belly and buns. Probably so heavy that her gut is now touching the floor please.
