Hey everyone
Here comes to obligatory wall of text I was talking about in my last 2 posts.
Important request at the end.
Dream of Desire: Definitive Edition has been released on Steam and Patreon. This is an important milestone for me. Somehow, a Steam release makes things more official. My game is out there, on the digital shelves among the great games of our times.
This has been an incredible journey, with many highs and lows. And the better part of this year was mostly about the lows. If you've been following me here for a while, you already know that. I told you about my struggles this year and you've shown me your support.
But even after all this, the last quarter of the year will end on a high note.
I finally did what I set out to achieve, even if it took much longer than expected. I made a lot of mistakes this year and I learned a lot on way and got some very valuable lessons from life.
I started taking care of myself both mentally and physically and I could deliver on this October 20th deadline.
I'd say I feel like a new man, but it's more like I've become a better version of myself. And I'll keep improving and keep getting better. For the first time in a long time, I feel happy and accomplished in my work. I'm enjoying my work again and I'm eager to sit down and create something you will enjoy. If only this happened sooner... But there's no point dwelling on the past.

I also want to thank the crew for doing a great job.
Risael's help was great, and if you've played some of the new scenes already, you've seen his writing.
Lain also helped making sure there everything is fine in the coding department and helped me with implementing some of the trickier achievements.
Now, I know a lot of you are already curious about what's gonna happen next. I get a lot of questions about Midnight Paradise, but I don't wanna steal the thunder from DoD just yet. My next post on Monday will be all about that, so stay tuned.
DoD:DE has been dominating the adult only section of Steam on both trending and top sellers lists, and it even managed to climb among the giants in the general lists. I consider this a great success, and this is what gives me the momentum to deliver more awesome content to you in the future.
I mentioned there will be an important request at the end of the post in the beginning. The only thing DoD:DE doesn't have enough of is some of the positive comments you guys give me here on Patreon.
Meaning, I'd like to ask you if you bought the game on Steam and enjoyed it, please take a minute or two of your time and give it a positive review. It would help me out a lot.
And again, thank you for supporting me on this journey. You are great. The best.
