Development Update #17 - July 17, 2017

Now that release is coming close, I can share more info with you!
I'll start with the technical / development things, then I'll talk about the actual gameplay stuff!
So some of you eagle eyed people may have noticed on the Discord server, that there is an other Lewdlab Staff member!
All the people who I've been working with until now are contractors. So we don't work together on a day to day basis, only when there is work to be done for them, which won't take their entire month.
However, Lewdlab has it's first permanent member (not counting me).
Her name is Sophie, she is my "right hand" (no, not like that) and she will be helping out with a lot of backend stuff so I can focus more on the juicy renders. You'll see her on Discord, she will be there to answer questions when I'm inside my work cave.
With Sophie around, I can finally get to a lot of things I wanted before, but just didn't have the time for. I'll tell you more about them in the coming weeks!
I just had a talk with the programmer who is rebuilding the entire minigame system, and he's ready with the first protoype. I just checked it's very clean and easy to expand, I'm satisfied with his work so far.
Sadly, it won't be ready for the release next week, so it will only be included with EP6, but I was fully expecting this, so no surprises here.
Regarding the mingiame: Mac users who still experience the Tracy bug, it will only be fixed with the new minigame (it's impossible to fix otherwise). I'll make sure missing that scene doesn't affect gameplay in EP5, so thank you for your patience.
Now about gameplay!
We'll follow down a linear path on Day 9, with the dating sim element at the end of Day 9. However, on Day 10, you will be able to choose from mom, Alice or Tracy on who to spend the day with.
That's right, an entire day with just one of them, so you'll be able to get some more backstory / dialogue between the characters, and some more time to develop the relationship between them. Your past decisions will start to kick in even more now, especially with mom.
And no worries, I haven't forgotten about everyone's favorite aunt either. There will be plenty of steam there as well!

The Project has reached 1000+ Patrons!
I must say, I've never thought this would happen. I was always hoping for a big audience and for people to like my game, but having this many people who like and support the game in such a short amount of time has completely blew me away!
I want to thank every Patron for your awesome support! I have some special images in store for you for this occasion, I'll be rolling them out this week and the next!

Congrats to Sin and his team for receiving the 1,000 patron mark you have certainly earnt it with the quality of your work and game. I have truly enjoyed being a player and patron here. You have elevated your game to Dr. status..... appropriate considering you have a PhD in story telling and a doctorate in character model rendering. I'm very, very pleased to read that there's a new member aboard the team, particularaly because it's one without the Y-chromosome. Not to diminish anyone on your team, but I'm looking forward to a feminin influence and approach on some matters regarding the game. So in conclusion: @Sophie (an excessively grateful) welcome, Sophie; @Dr. Sin, you deserve every member you've got so far and I'll bet, if you keep this game at this extroardinary high level, you''l be able to double or triple that amount in no time if you consider, and I know that you are aware of this, the astonishing numbers of dedicated followers you've got, who are always extremely impatient for the next update, and I'm just referring to one specialized forum(-site)...
