One of the scenes will have a bonus interaction with the outfit. (It includes boobiez)

It is in the Elite version of the game for $40+ tier. You get an option in that version at the beginning of EP3 to select which one should mom wear.

When you press this button, and thats what the secret is all about: She jumps! You can repeat this over and over! ;-D This would stretch the gaming time for the next update for hours :-D :-PP

It will be completely ignored by the characters except for one interaction. (Which was too cool to leave out)
