I don't think bdsm content says much about how Verian will act in a relationship overall. We don't even know the phases this hypothetical relationship will go through, and we do not know when to place the NFSW content in time - they might be an item already, or still just a boss and subordinate in a "special arrangement". The last art is actually labled as "Alternate Universe". Now, I do agree that for this relationship to healthy work Verian has to mellow out, at least for Mina. But I also think it's unrealistic, if not unfair, to expect from Verian to stop being an unapologetic b***h, even to Mina to some extent. My general point was that, from what I saw until now, Verian is more than just a b***h. She is a terrible person. So authors need to really show off their literary skills to make me *want* to see her as a love interest. Unless it's a corruption story, and Verian is going to rub off on Mina more than the other way around, leaving them a happy, evil couple. Everything's possible.

For me, she would have to take care of those anger issues first and be sweet at least a little (i mean, is love possible if the person isn't sweet a little to you ? Maybe sex would be good but that's not all there is in a partnership. It's a give and take so... you need good qualities and commun interest a little.)

Well, she's a b***h. If not straight-up evil. To make a person lose their source of respectable income (I assume it's respectable) because they tripped? Yeah, that's evil. Unless of course both sisters are ment to be toxic b*****s, and Mina isn't going to end-up with either of them. That would be kinda original, but only because I never saw such a story with exclusively women. Other than that, I would actually like to see how the story manages to make Verian likable after something like that.

Verian is either unwilling to give her a chance to learn, testing her ability to learn, or using this as an excuse to remove the 'object' of her desire. Pursuing after one of her subordinates would not look good for either of them or could be considered sexual harassment. Given that she refused, and even warned, Mina about the 'anything' she offered. I suspect she just views this as the lesser of evils. For those who remember the prologue, Irene has no such ethical issues pursing an employee. I'd say we are do for her to come down and 'save' Mina with a new 'job' closer to Irene's office.

"I didn't hire people to have to build them up, they should already be built up!" Leads to those people never working for you as those people talk to each other and listen to what the "unbuilt" say :p
