Despite my love for gingers, Chuckie was never really my favorite character on Rugrats, but that being said, his story O think is the most moving and heartbreaking. The fact that a kids show addresses the topic of being half-orphaned is so wonderful and any reference to it in the show is always heartbreaking.
I think I'm most proud of keeping the color of his hair consistent with the show but also threading in some of the purple elements which compliment it. And I think I succeeded reasonably well with making his diaper cover look like semi-transparent plastic. That kind of stuff is always tricky for me. Like Angelica I know that he's "technically" potty trained in canon, but only in pull-ups. And we all know that pull-ups are just less-awesome diapers.
And FUCK, do I want a pair of boots like that!
