Lay of the Land 0.16.0 The Creative Mode Update

Hey everyone,

The Creative Mode Update is here and brings Creative Mode, New World Options, New Animals and more.

Creative Mode

Creative Mode is here. You can now build anything your heart desires with unlimited resources, flying and new world options. Use the new Time of Day and Weather controls to experience and show off your builds in different conditions. The new Flat World type is perfect for those who want to build without having to flatten or raise the terrain.

More Animals

There are 3 new animals you can find in the game.

• Boars can be found in the Mystical Forest spending their days searching the forest floor for food. They can be aggressive if approached.

• Snakes now inhabit the Outback Canyons and can inflict a venomous bite if startled.

• Crocodiles can be found in the Mushroom Swamp often near or in water. They are often aggressive and will attack if they’re hungry enough ;)

Signs and UI

Signs have been added to the game and allow you to label your chests or anything else you want. The games UI now also has various sounds increasing its tactile feeling.

How to Install and Play

Windows

• Download the .zip file attached to this post

• Place the .zip file into the folder where you want to install the game

• Right click the .zip file and click Extract All

• A window will open. Click Extract

• Open the LayOfTheLand_0.16.0 folder

• Double click LayOfTheLand.exe

• SetDisableAISpawning Command. True, False

• SetDifficulty Command. Normal = 0, Peaceful = 1. Replaces
