This is my first attempt at rendering lace material. Although it's an experimental piece, I also wanted to use this opportunity to test and schedule my mod production timeline. Therefore, I've set this shoe as paid content, sandwiched between two free updates.
Overall, time is still quite tight—I'm afraid it might be challenging to maintain a weekly free mod while inserting additional paid content. However, I've heard the voices of many long-term supporters, so I'll continue trying to produce both HS2 and KK content moving forward. There may be some exclusive paid content for KK, but it won't come at the cost of reducing HS2 output.
Now, back to this mod:
It's a 65mm pump featuring lace material. The goal was to achieve a layered effect—opaque inner lining topped with lace—so the shoe isn't fully transparent, and the foot shape isn't visible inside (unlike the previous JC Love Ivory Tulle).
This time I still choosed to make a mid-low heels around 60mm.
The design is inspired by RV Flower Strass 65mm, with modifications to the body shape. The connection between the sole and heel now uses a common wrapped-construction technique, extending all the way to the toplift without a V-shaped cut.
For the HS2 version, unfortunately, if the base and lace use different shaders, the lace doesn't inherit color changes from the main body. So, if HS2 players want to recolor the shoe, the lace must be adjusted separately by ME (see example image below).
The KK version doesn't have this issue—the lace color changes automatically with Color1.
For KK players, recommend Stiletto plugin parameters are:
Leg: X-axis rotate 10°
Foot: X-axis rotate 15°
Toes: X-axis rotate -27°
Please enjoy!
