お知らせ(重要) Announce

いつも応援していただきありがとうございます。

さて、既にご存じの方もいらっしゃると思いますが、pixivにて、実写的(フォトリアル)AI生成作品の投稿が禁止されることになり、今後、pixivにおいて実写的(フォトリアル)AI生成作品が投稿できなくなりました。

他方、FANBOXにおいては、現時点(5月31日午後9時現在、日本時間)では、AI生成作品を禁じる利用規約の改定が行われておらず、規約上はAI生成作品を投稿できる状態となっております。

もっとも、既にFANBOX公式から告知があったこともあり、突然規約変更がなされ、その効力が即日発効することも十分にありえるため、ご支援さいていただいている方に突然ご迷惑をかけることも考えられます。

そこで、明日以降、作品の投稿をしばらく差し控えたいと思います。

したがって、ご支援していただいている皆さんには特にご不便とご迷惑をおかけしますが、ご支援の停止手続をお願いします。

　今まで長期にわたり、FANBOXでの創作活動をご支援いただき、本当にありがとうございました。

FANBOXでの活動はいったん停止しますが、AI作品の投稿自体は、どこかのサイトで続けていくつもりです。おすすめのサイトがあれば教えてください。

（ちちぷいとかがいいのかな…。）

また、新たな支援サービスがないか、検討は続けていきます。これについては、Patorenや6月1日からサービス開始予定の「AI FAN」、Discordなどを検討中です。

なお、KindleにていくつかAI生成作品による写真集を販売をさせていただいております。いつ販売停止になるかわかりませんが、ご興味がありましたら、Amazonで「馬里 達也」か「Galbara」で検索していただければ幸いです。

今後は、作品投稿を行わず、FANBOXやTwitterでそれに関する告知をするだけになりそうですが、ご理解いただければ幸いです。

なお、AI生成作品の内容についてですが、フォトリアル作品に対する規制がかなり強くなっているので、イラスト調に転向することも少し検討しています。個人的には、ボテ腹ならなんでもいいので、フォトリアルにはあまりこだわりはないのですが、

これについても引き続き検討中です。

As some of you may already know, pixiv has banned the submission of live-action (photorealistic) AI-generated works, and from now on, live-action (photorealistic) AI-generated works cannot be submitted on pixiv.

On the other hand, at present (as of 9pm, 31 May, Japan time), the terms of use on Fanbox have not been revised to prohibit AI-generated works, and AI-generated works can still be submitted according to the terms.

However, since there has already been an official announcement from FANBOX, it is quite possible that a sudden change in the terms and conditions could come into effect on the same day, which could cause sudden inconvenience to those who have been supporting us.

Therefore, from tomorrow onwards, we would like to refrain from submitting works for a while.

Therefore, we apologise for any inconvenience to those who have been supporting us, but we kindly ask you to suspend your support.

　Thank you very much for your long-term support of our creative activities at FANBOX.

Although we will stop our activities on FANBOX for a while, we intend to continue submitting AI works themselves on some other site. If you have any recommendations for sites, please let me know.

We will also continue to look for new support services. For this, we are considering Patoren, AI FAN, which is scheduled to start service on 1 June, and Discord.

We are also selling some AI-generated photo books on Kindle. We don't know when we will stop selling them, but if you are interested, please search for 'Tatsuya Umari' or 'Galbara' on Amazon.

From now on, we will not be submitting artworks and will only be making announcements about it on FANBOX and Twitter, but we hope you understand.

As for the content of AI-generated works, the restrictions on photorealistic works are becoming much stronger, so I'm considering turning to illustration style for a while. Personally, I don't care much about photorealism, as long as it's a blubber belly,

I am continuing to consider this as well.
