As far as I know Buff isn't working on any NSFW content right now or for the foreseeable future. Most you're gonna get (for now) is the figure and maybe some skebs or fanart. And you'll find a lot of that over on Rule34. Shes stated that this Patreon is mostly for quick teasers and exclusive lookss at upcoming content that hasn't been shown on stream yet.
