Thanks for the feedback on the pose, one item worth noting when using this pose. If you are using any cycle forces or plugins that move arms, hands or legs, you may get some weird results in movement.
I would recommend disabling any plugins in the scene, add the pose; and then switch them back on one by one and review any undesirable movement.

See arttached a video of a scene I will be releasing to Patreon's this week. It is basically using this pose and adding a triggered cycle force here, and a couple of reaction triggers there.
