The Runts Vs. Frank 4 Footer

A pair of agent women who team up to take down larger baddies Lily can't take down by herself.
Their target today is Frank "4 Footer" Jablanke, a criminal known for murdering unsuspecting brothel workers in Atlen who don't satisfy him and also known for having a 1 foot "leg" that can quadruple in size to 4 feet.
Will The Runts take him down or will they be overwhelmed by his massive "leg"?
