Bathroom Workflow Video

This little BTS video was compiled from clips taken while we shot in the bathroom last week. The shoot was roughly around 3am. We had another all-nighter of course - starting at around 9pm and ending about 9am next day although we didn't crash until about 4pm I think.

There was no plan for this set. It was a last minute decision to shoot in the bathroom so I grabbed two lights from the bedroom, we selected a tune (which we always do and it usually stays on loop), and started doing it. The audio is out of the sync with the video as the clips are all cut from continuous video, some of it not suitable for public viewing.

It is a good indication of how we shoot sometimes, the posing is more controlled than it usually is and there is less expression in general but it still shows the dynamic and workflow. It also shows, and I have realised after rewatching numerous BTS videos like this, that many of our shots result from my own ability to be athletic, I'm always moving with Aurora and hunting for angles - that often means climbing up on things, or bridging between a wall and something else etc.

That night we obviously shot a lot of content, numerous HD videos (striptease and crazy stuff) and some stills form the bathroom and elsewhere around the apartment. I think we even shot some outside and in the stairwell when we went out for supplies at 7am.

There is a colour and B&W version of the still shown above as I haven't yet decided what the final set will be.

Tech? Z6 with 16-35mm f4.0. ISO was 8000, aperture normally f4 - f5.6 and zoom varied between 16 and 35mm.
