5-4-24 Progress Update + Art Preview + New Girl Announcement

Our artist had a major push this week and completed all of the remaining Jane scenes. This allowed us to make the first in-house build for testing v0.23. All that remains is the last Mira Nova scene and the usual backgrounds, pinups, and other end-of-update art. Here's a teaser image of one of the new Jane outfits:

Now, the other news you've been waiting for is the announcement of the next main girl: v0.24 will begin the story of Pocahontas, who beat Merida with a very close total of 238 votes to 214, once the different tier weighting had been taken into account. The next few updates may also have slightly less content than usual, because we'll be working on the next big event featuring multiple characters, as was voted the next thing we should concentrate on in the last gameplay survey. Devoting some resources to this behind-the-scenes for a few months should allow us to release the complete event by the end of the year!

As you know, we launched v0.02 this week. Many users have reported performance issues and even game crashes when playing the corruption minigame. Although no one on the dev team had these issues during testing (or can reproduce them now), we've been working on a series of hotfixes, each more aggressive than the last, and posting them to get feedback. We believe that the issue has been solved in the v0.02b build, but we've also added an option to skip all minigames just in case. v0.02b is available now for pc for Princes and Passholders at the same link as before; Android will be ready for 5/6/24 when the build gets released for Park Guests as well.

The rest of the team has already started on art for v0.03. Without spoiling anything yet, this update will continue the conquest of Andros.
