This is actually benefiting her and her album release because sheâs generating different people. She knows the ones that are already there for her are going to buy it but now sheâs also catering to the ones Who probably arenât her fans yet and while doing that sheâs also able to bring up newer artists. Itâs a win win on her side from a business aspect.

The weird thing comes from 1) what Anthony and Dee said about literally only hopping on already viral songs and 2) not really collaborating with up and coming pure talent. If she wants to promote new rising talented female rappers, wouldnât you pick rappers with actual real skill and lyricism? Not saying these people have absolutely none of that, but theyâre not really truly skilled. When she collabed with Meg early in her career, that made more sense, that felt like a real co-sign because Meg was proving to be someone talented and up and coming. Now sheâs out here hopping on viral songs with half assed rappers and calling them âthe princessâ of rap and whatnot, which feels ridiculous.

This isnât new for Nicki either so I donât see why itâs suddenly a problem. Drake features arenât rare; since 2018 he has collabed with J Hus, Smiley, Brent Faiyez, yung bleu, mc kevin o Chris, blocboy jb, popcaan, headie one, summer walker, dj Khaled (about 4times), future (about 3 Times), partynextdoor, Chris brown, lil yatchy, Rick Ross, swae lee and NERD. Wayne was featured on 10+ songs in 2007 ALONE so again, it isnât uncommon.

The only good thing about it is she gives her fans more to listen to. Like with drake features are rare and Nicki has a huge feature catolog (bruh I canât spell it and my keyboard not autocorrecting lmao) . But IMO I think she is doing this to prove this one narrative that her skill is above the rest. Cause whenever she features on something there are reactions on it. And everytime they saying âyou can hear the skill differenceâ or âsheâs the queen for a reasonâ kinda stuff. So in MY mind sheâs using it to show her skill level is higher and idk how to feel about that. But she donât know me so who cares LMAOOO Features are supposed to feel bigger but latley itâs like lmao ok I guess. I think her Ice Spice has had the best success in my opinion. Like I said in a previous video itâs a damned if she do damned if she donât because people are gonna shit on her anyway and both things can be true (she donât like the current state, but she feels like she HAS to support people). Also - she just announced that her album will be dropping October 20th. Hopefully it has no collabs like those or Super Freaky Girl.
