2021-10-23 19:46:59 +0000 UTCNot really, I live for Lil Nas X, but I just felt like the shower scene was lil too much. I love the fact he is a representation for the LGBT community. When he performed Montero for the BET awards I feel like he had performance of the night it was way better than that one and it showed him as a performer. This time around the song is 10x better, but the performance made me feel as if he was trying too hard to tease the straight people that dissed him for the shower scene in the music video instead of performing the actual song. Lil Nas X has the potential to become one of the most influential men of all time and build that bridge for both communities. I just didn't like how he went about the situation. And pls stop screaming homophobia every time someone dislikes something a gay person does, I said I didn't like the performance not the artist. Just because someone disapproves of something doesn't make them homophobic.
