She didnt hate it,but this wasnt a great option to recommend for a first time demi reaction lol. Demi sounded more nasally than she usually would. Idk if demi sang nasally cuz it's from being tired ,a style choice or cuz of the mic but dee found it annoying lol. She did recognize her talent though. I definitely would have loved if they recommended her performing a cover or mv, even if dee doesnt like pop songs, she would have enjoyed the vocals better and lyrics. I still appreciate the person for recommending demi though lol.

2021-06-01 02:05:10 +0000 UTCDemi actually has a pretty full voice. I personally love when she does rock ,punk or gritty songs, and I love her r&b or ballad songs. Demi is an emotional singer, so her voice is pretty loud but in a more full way. Her and ari have pretty similar ranges but their sound is different ,while ari is fluid, demi adds the powerhouse. Mariah influenced ariana and Christina influenced demi too. Ariana and demi did a collab called 'Met Him Last Night' that isnt exactky pop. Idk if its ur taste but I do think u still woudnt hate the sound. She is super great when it comes to singing live. Since she is an emotional and loud singer, she really gets into her songs/performances. I do hear the whining sound lol, it sounds more nasally. I enjoyed the reaction lol. And lol I noticed that demi works with lots of black choirs or the same singers for more than this song. When she has backup singers, they give the gospel enchanting vibes when she sings her r&b or ballad songs. I think this performance was brighter than the usual sass or sarcasm that's in the lyrics lol. Lol they should have recommended one of the covers demi has done, like Purple Rain, Rihanna's STAY, Hallelujah, Staying Alive or Hello by adele. She really is good with covers and staying with the raw emotion in the songs. I dont know if it's your tatse,but she did a song a while back with lil Wayne called Lonely,and it's so good. Not trying to sound like I'm fitting requests ,I'm pretty much organizing my plans for the next cycle. I really like that dee takes different requests and is clear on what genres or content is perfered and what is not. M bad for the essay lmao. Enjoyed the reaction
