I didnt like the song at first to be honest, my favorite part was namjoon's part. But then I saw a video them perform it and I started getting amped up cuz of their energy, then I read the lyrics and I started liking it. I think the person should have recommended u the live performance with eng sub cuz their energy on stage is just great lol

It’s originally from a group (known as the beginning of Kpop) called Seo Taiji and Boys which came out in 1995 and Seo Taiji is a LEGEND in Korea, like think Michael Jackson but in Korea. He specifically asked BTS to cover this song since he liked what they stood for and the messages they convey and of course, BTS accepted and it was a HUGE honor for Seo Taiji to even ask
