Yeah Dee it was kinda a little homage to 90's, the lyric not anything crazy, like it had a few references to 90's things and as you pointed out the poison sample and the Busta Rhymes don't this shit... jump jump reference. Glad you thought it was cute. NCT as a whole had an album NCT 2020 and it's concept was like time and era related so it had a mix of sounds through the decades and this was one of the songs.
