Writing this part is weirdly therapeutic for me because, like Ben, my mind tends to race and decide what other people think about me and those thoughts are ALWAYS the worst-case scenario. Verbalizing that anxiety and bubbling out an explanation like word-vomit after I have thought WAY too much about it already. Don't worry Ben, it will be ALRIGHT.

To be fair in 99% of scenarios it usually IS the worst case scenario. So I can't exactly blame Ben for reacting like he did.

But he canโt get it out properly and in order to at least try and do that, heโs trying to make sure she doesnโt run away, which is probably why he reactively grabbed her. He really loves this woman. ๐
