The plan for the year 2023!

Hello everyone, we wish you all a Merry Christmas! 

The year 2022 is finally coming to an end. I believe it has been a tough year for most people. Maybe the world will be a better place next year, or maybe things will go shittier, who knows? Either way we will just keep working hard and creating some more pleasure for people, and we hope our work will bring you a little relief when you need it.

Now let’s take a brief look at what we are going to do in the upcoming year:

VIRTUES

VIRTUES v17 will come in late January or early February for $5 patrons, and it is very likely to be the final update for VIRTUES. I’m trying my best to bring our first game to a perfect end. Elisa & Irene will get the happy solo ending they deserve, and the other girls will get plenty of after-story scenes as well. I hope those scenes will help refine the girls’ personas and make them more lovable.

In addition to Elisa and Irene, Vera will play a big role in the update too. Unlike other girls, Vera and Uno are basically the only two girls that don’t have a career and live only as MC’s appendages. Uno is fine because being someone’s appendage is her life goal. But Vera, this hard-working cutie deserves to have her own life like her harem sisters, and I will make it come true in this final update.

PHOENIXES

There is no doubt that PHOENIXES will still be our main task next year. After we finish the final update for VIRTUES, we will focus our efforts on PHOENIXES again and bring new updates to you every two months as we always do.

PHOENIXES extra chapters

A PHOENIXES extra-chapter series is coming next year and it will be a great complement to the story of PHOENIXES, just like the Young Theo trilogy to the story of VIRTUES.

These chapters will focus on an important part of the story between MC and Heather that was mostly skipped in the main game – Their dreams. They have been meeting in the dream world every night since the ‘Entangled Fates’ worked, but they couldn't remember what they have done during sleep after waking up.

So, what have they done in dreams exactly? In the main game, we could only have a peek at one of their wet dreams from Heather’s perspective after she used the ‘Dreamteller’ potion. But how did they become so intimate in the dream world? What have they been through before that? In the extra chapters, we are going to reveal their dreams from day one and present you with all the answers.

The first episode of this series is likely to come out after v5 update.

An anime RPG project

If you have been following us since two years ago, you might still remember that we once developed another game project besides VIRTUES and PHOENIXES called ‘Eden City’. It was a rpg with 2D anime art and we planned to land it on Steam when it is finished. However things didn’t go as we planned. Back then we were just some college boys who knew shit about game-making. The development plan of Eden City was a mess, our programming skills were rusty, and the budget was a big problem too. Eventually the project was completely terminated in mid 2021. 

But we never doubted that one day we will make some coolass original adult games that we can actually sell and sell with pride. That is our ultimate goal since the first day we started this career. Each failed attempt brings us one step closer to that goal. And now, after two years of self-improvement and experience gathering, we think it is time to take a try again. We will start a new anime rpg project early next year.

But of course, PHOENIXES will still be our first priority. The update of PHOENIXES won’t be affected by the new project at all.
