BLACKPINK - '(BOOMBAYAH)' DANCE PRACTICE VIDEO

I think a lot of people forget that their dance routine is meant to go with a song that they need to sing while at the same time dance too and not running into 3 other girls who are doing the same thing you are. Also I think we all know how over worked K-pop groups can get... they had probably done that dance routine 100 times before the got it perfect so if they lack in “energy” I can understand why. I mean they are they are giving it their all it’s just hard having to worry about getting these dance practices perfect. You should react to “crazy over you” by BLACKPINK.

not a culture thing at all..there are a lot of girl kpop groups that dance with a lot of stage presence and power & blackpink just don’t match up with them (except for lisa at least)

Well, I mean, it is just a dance practice so I can see why there might be a lack of energy. Maybe someone should request Dee a live performance of theirs to hear her final verdict on them.

I agree with the lack of energy I've been a fan since they debuted and I've liked almost every song they've come out with but for having one of the top female dancers of this kpop generation (lisa) their dances are always lack luster i was impressed when they first came out because they had alot of confidence in live performances and the mvs but the dances were always weak and have been getting worse. The "how you like that" dance performance/practice is way worse if you thought lack of energy was a problem here that one is honestly the worst dance performance/practice I've seen in kpop which is sad because none of them are necessarily bad at dancing

They have been dry but tbh a lot of girl group (not all) choreographies are like this. They don’t have a lot of energy like the guy groups🙄 but I don’t blame them, I blame the choreographers.

what you said about their choreographies going down hill is true. 2016-2017 were there best years music and choreography wise. but ever since 2018 their choreos became super dry
