Mr. Hastings was working well into the night, the city lights dazzling below him. The maned wolf scoffed as he paused his work, rubbing his brow to ease the tension weighing on his mind. Leo was equal parts ruthless as he was strategic, yet despite all his cunning his feet seemed to get the worst of it. Stuck in those fine Italian loafers day and night, his sheer socks did little ease his tired paws. Kicking them off on his desk, he deftly rests his sheer socked heels on top. Strangely, it wasn't enough. Reaching down earned a sharp grunt from the stern CEO, his back had also been taking a toll from so many late nights at the office. Within moments, his bare footpaw was exposed to the cool air of his pristine office. Breathing out a sigh of relief, he removes his glasses to wipe them clean. With a flick of his toes, he finally allows himself to relax.
